ABOUT EJ OBRIEN
EJ is a retired U.S. Air Force Senior Enlisted Leader and seasoned program director with more than two decades of experience in intelligence operations, project management, and veteran career readiness.During his 21-year Air Force career, he held tactical, operational, and strategic leadership roles, overseeing global talent management for more than Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Airmen and earning multiple commendations for leadership and mission impact. He later led programs at USAA and Ameritas, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and enhancing customer experience for over 1.5 million clients.Today, EJ serves as VP of Programs at FourBlock, where he partners with universities, employers, and community organizations to deliver the nation’s premier veteran career readiness program, helping service members transition into meaningful civilian careers.
