In my role as Senior Marketing Lead, I provide the structure and leadership required to scale marketing effectively as Enspec grows. I strategically lead a team of marketing experts to generate trust within the engineering and manufacturing landscape, reporting directly to the CEO- Translating wider business strategic direction into deliverable marketing plans- Defining clear objectives, priorities, and success measures for all marketing activity- Ensure marketing activity aligns with business growth priorities, sector focus, and sales objectives- Balance long-term brand development with short-term campaign and pipeline needs- Attending board meetings to deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans- Guiding, mentoring and supporting the marketing team through career growth- Building strategies, plans, SOPs, SLAs and formalising our processes- Working closely with suppliers, interdepartmentally and clients- Establishing clear processes for planning, briefing, delivery, approval, and reporting- Oversee supplier relationships, including briefs, budgets, and delivery quality- Ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are consistently applied- Act as a marketing escalation point for cross-departmental coordination
