Development of the refrigerant loop for the HVAC system (AC refrigerant lines, AC compressor, IHX) from start of development through DVP & R and providing support for production plant as required.* Creation and maintenance of BOM. Provide support for manufacturability of pilots and solving engineering related issues at testing phase.* Provide support on warranty claims by working with suppliers, quality and the management team and leading the actions for interim preventing actions and root cause analysis and finally in the development and implementation of permanent solutions.
