As the Innovation Mindset Lead at Barclays, I drive stakeholder, colleague, and customer engagement through Innovation Programmes. With over four years of experience in this role, I am a product owner of the bank\'s idea crowdsourcing platform, a trainer and practitioner of Design Led Thinking, and a coach and mentor for Intrapreneurs. I have recently completed an MSc in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Birkbeck, University of London to deepen my expertise. My thesis focused on the use of co-creation in helping achieve sustainability objectives in technology. I am also passionate about Early Careers, co-founding the Barclays Innovation Bootcamp and the Barclays Creative Horizons student program.
