Be.EV is one of the UK’s fastest-growing EV charging networks, backed by £165m in investment from Octopus Energy Generation, NatWest, and KfW. I lead the B2B marketing strategy to accelerate our market expansion and drive commercial partnerships with major landowners, developers, and public sector bodies across the UK.• Own the B2B marketing function, with full responsibility for strategy, budget, execution, and performance. Reporting directly into C-suite.• Drive site acquisition by positioning Be.EV as the partner of choice for commercial real estate, local authorities, and private landlords, contributing directly to business growth and infrastructure roll-out.• Develop and execute integrated campaigns (digital, content, events, email, and social) to generate qualified leads, enhance conversion, and build brand equity in a fast-scaling sector.• Lead the company’s presence at major industry events, including fringe activations and guerrilla marketing efforts that build visibility and influence among key decision-makers.• Create engaging sales enablement tools and digital assets to support business development and shorten the sales cycle with institutional partners.• Lead PR, thought leadership and content strategy to position Be.EV at the forefront of the clean energy and mobility transition.• Collaborate cross-functionally with the C-suite, product, and operations teams to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives and partner needs.• Manage and measure performance, using analytics to optimise spend, demonstrate ROI, and inform executive decisions.• Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to inform strategic direction and anticipate shifts in policy, regulation, and technology.• Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship within the marketing team, supporting development and alignment with strategic goals.
