A member of the Strategic Leadership Team who shape the work of Early Excellence. Responsible for delivering Infant and Early Years School Improvement, developing regional CPD and leading on our Early Years Assessment System. Working closely with Schools and Settings, Teaching Schools, Academy Trusts and Local Authorities across the Midlands and East areas to facilitate CPD and deliver school improvement in both the Early Years and Key Stage 1.
