TeamPoint is one of the best kept secrets in Field Service SME Software! On a part time basis I support TeamPoint Software with user experience testing, feedback and helping with prospective customer questions. Working in field service for over 25 years I have used a range of software systems. The best system I have used by far is TeamPoint which is built and run by Severn Solutions located in the West Midlands. TeamPoint handles surveys, quotes, jobs, engineers and stock all in one easy to use system. The system integrates with most finance packages (Xero, Sage Etc) and customer portals (Pronett, Verisae). Typically customers using TeamPoint see both an increase in output from better managed field resources and also a reduced admin from better managed processes as all jobs run through the system. I am proud to support TeamPoint as a product ambassador.
