ABOUT GEORGIA BELLIS

I’m a Marketing Manager with over six years of experience in recruitment marketing, currently leading the marketing function at Operam Education Group, a network of regional education recruitment brands.My role spans everything from brand positioning and lead generation to attracting educators and schools through thoughtful, multi-channel campaigns. I focus on aligning marketing with business goals, supporting our consultants, and building a strong, recognisable presence across the education sector.I work closely with teams across the group to keep our messaging clear, consistent and purposeful. I’m particularly interested in how we can use insight and data to fine-tune our approach and build real connections with candidates and clients alike.I’m experienced in managing multiple brands within one group, maintaining a clear identity for each while upholding a high and consistent standard across all marketing activity.
