ABOUT EDUARDO FRITSCH

Today Eduardo leads Morfina, a 100% independent brand building full service agency.Prior to that, on May 2014 he was invited as a partner in (anónimo), one of the most important independent agencies in Mexico. He arrived there with two caps, one of those to implement digital communication disciplines (only one creative team) and the other one to start up a new operation called \"Morfina\" which was mainly focused on design, branding and shopper marketing. One year later he decided to go independent with his brand. On September 2011, Eduardo was appointed CEO of OgilvyOne in Mexico City, with the responsibility of growing the digital business of the agency, reporting directly to him 6 of the 9 Ogilvy Business Units: OgilvyRed, Neo@Ogilvy, RedWorks, social@Ogilvy, OgilvyInteractive and OgilvyOne.Eduardo has been responsible for the implementation of the Latin American business for RedWorks for the last 6 years. He joined the Ogilvy Group in 2005 as the Managing Director of DesignDirect in Mexico. His primary goal was to implement better processes for the entire print production work flow, as well as create new sources of business, including Strategic Design and Xpress Design. After six months, DesignDirect absorbed the print and photo production departments for the entire agency—eventually taking over the traffic department as well. In the first 2 years of his leadership, DesignDirect grew from 6 people to 48, offering design and production solutions to almost every client of the Ogilvy operation in Mexico. That operation evolved into RedWorks as part of a global strategy.Eleven of Eduardo’s 18 years in advertising were spent at Leo Burnett, including a four-month stint in the Chicago office as a creative director for Philip Morris. At that time Eduardo was responsible for the implementation of the design department, the digital studio and the print and photo production areas for Leo Burnett. These departments evolved into Greenstar, where he held the Managing Director role for six years. Eduardo worked on all of the agency’s accounts and was responsible for the McDonald’s Happy Meal business in Latin American market.
