I implemented an optimization plan via a majors Requests for Quotations.→ Conducted an in-depth analysis of over 20 supplier offers and coordinated testing across 18 laboratories.Simultaneously established a framework agreement with the top 5 suppliers, integrating performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance service quality and strengthen commercial relationships.Indirect purchasing: March 2023 – December 2023Implemented procurement best practices for previously unmanaged categories, uncovering significant cost-saving opportunities.• For IT purchases (€8M/year), negotiations on datacenter renewal projects and SD-WAN implementation to generat quick wins.• For intellectual services (€6M/year), competitive bidding on temporary worker management and R&D tax credit (CIR).• For facility management (€6M/year), the successful relocation of a laboratory within 4 months resulted in direct savings for the affiliate and cost avoidance through lease and renovation negotiations.• For the vehicle fleet (900 vehicles, €5M/year), managed the tender for renewing 70% of the fleet, including TCO analysis factoring in upcoming 2026 fiscal reforms and legislative changes (LOM and in-kind benefits). Defined and launched a fleet electrification strategy.
