ABOUT EDO BRIOLA

Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of general management, strategy and marketing roles - I have a strong experience in strategic brand development on multi-billion dollar brands, as well as a track record for leading businesses and driving top & bottom-line financial delivery.I find it most powerful when I can combine both together: I strongly believe in having a sharp strategy and running best in class operations, and won’t settle for one over the other.Recognised as a talent catalyst, I combine an obsession for winning with relentless motivation and the ability to lead, develop and galvanize teams.I believe a business leader is like a sports coach: accountable and in charge, while enabling team members to be the true protagonists and become leaders themselves.Leaders don’t create followers. They create other leaders.I lecture the Executive MBA at Stockholm School of Economics - Riga. I have taught ‘Business, Artificial and Natural intelligence’ and ‘Sustainability in business and finance’.I hold a MSc in International Business at HEC Paris; BSc in Economics and Management at Bocconi University.Previous experiences in the Luxury, Governmental and Non-Profit sectors.
