It is exciting to be part of The Leadership Academy given that I have the opportunity to go to work everyday and be around a group of people who are passionate about Education equity & the importance of coaching. Just as importantly I have the opportunity to continue to reflect on my own experience as a student in the US and my own leadership skills. In this role, I am currently responsible for supporting the Business Development and Strategic Partnerships team strategy while develping proposals and budgets and meeting with potential partners. In addition to writing and creating budgets, while in this role, I have implemented new ideas through atomation to improve client experience and ease of communication with our team.
