Additionally, as a Customer Experience Specialist at GSoft, I gained valuable insights into user needs and preferences through direct customer interactions.Before transitioning into the tech industry, I worked as a Customer Support Specialist at SPONSORIUM, where I developed strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
