Identifying and engaging Talent for multiple business units (Sales, IT, Operations, Supply Chain,), I\'m in charge of:\\\\n\\\\n* Managing full-cycle recruitment process including intake meeting, job posting, pre-screen and telephone interviews for cross-functional client groups while developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies.\\\\n\\\\nProactively collaborate with Digital HR team to develop annual recruiting strategy that is coordinated with Brambles TA framework and I&D strategy.\\\\n\\\\n* Working closely with external agency partners, diversity organizations and pipeline channels.\\\\n\\\\n* Leverage Brambles Digital EVP to attract talent into the Digital, Data & Analytics organisation, working alongside HR and external agencies.\\\\n\\\\n* Partner with Digital HR to host & support virtual and in-person (if, and when, permitted) talent attraction events to reach high volumes of quality candidates.\\\\n\\\\n* Identifying and marketing map talent in our sector, sharing insights and knowledge of competitor landscape.\\\\n\\\\n* Actively identify, source and headhunt talent through LinkedIn and work with internal networks to seek referrals whilst proactively developing talent pools and pipelines to meet future business needs.\\\\n\\\\n* Ensuring a professional customer focused interaction both internally and externally\\\\n\\\\nTechnologies: Teams, Excel, Power Point, ATS Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Power BI, Jobteaser,\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
