Over 25 years of successful career in aerospace and automotive safety electronics industry with the following highlights:Program Management:Lead Hella Electronics Team to implement and execute Fuel Control Module (FCM) program for HKMC. Led TRW HKMC/Honda/Toyota/FAW Team to implement and execute Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) programs in Asia Pacific. Led Eaton Aerospace team to implement upcoming China Commercial Jet (C919) Cargo Door Actuation & Cockpit Panel Programs. Led Hamilton Sundstrand electronics team to implement Mitsubishi Regional Jet Air Management Electronics Controller. Led Delphi System Integration Team to implement and execute safety system program for various OEMs including HMC, KIA, Chery & Tata. Met all the program timing and budget. Successfully accomplished multiple DV, PV and PPAP for HMC/KIA production programs.Specifications & Requirements Development:Lead multiple program teams to develop system integration solution, system requirements and technical specifications for several major automotive and aerospace customers. Process Validation:Managed and led both customer and supplier engineering teams to validate the vehicle safety system using bench sled and barrier testing. Led the trade off studies and modified Bosch\'s electronics sensing algorithm for Frontal and Rollover.Technology Transfer:Proven transfer technology track record. Developed the first technical assistance licensing agreement and transferred ECM manufacturing technology to Daewoo Electronics Corporation.Supplier Management:Successfully managed multiple safety component suppliers and met all the engineering requirements and manufacturing quality.
