As an Operations Director, I lead cross-functional teams of Project Managers and Engineers to deliver complex, high-value projects in the Data Centre and Physical Security sectors across the UK and EMEA. I’m responsible for end-to-end project delivery, programme management, and operational execution—ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, compliance requirements, and customer expectations.Core responsibilities include:• Leading multi-site project delivery across mission-critical infrastructure and physical security environments • Overseeing the installation, commissioning, and integration of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Structured Cabling Systems • Managing budgets, project timelines, and resource planning to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery• Driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and quality assurance across all phases of project execution• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction• Providing leadership in compliance, risk management, health & safety, and contract governance• Coaching and mentoring teams to support career development, technical excellence, and high team engagementWith a focus on delivering mission-critical infrastructure, I bring a strong track record of improving delivery performance, enhancing operational processes, and supporting the successful execution of large-scale, technically complex projects.
