I am proud to lead project and service delivery for North’s Public Services sector. Our mission is to make your world a safer, smarter place by providing advanced connectivity, and intelligent safety and security technologies, ensuring our infrastructure remains resilient and compliant across Higher-Risk Buildings (HRB), transportation networks, and Critical National Infrastructure (CNI).​I am a specialist in the delivery of integrated technology and safety-critical systems within high-consequence, regulated environments. My career is defined by the ability to bridge the gap between technical systems engineering and the operational demands of assets where reliability and public safety are paramount.​From leading the operational readiness for British Airways’ new £55m automated cargo terminal at London Heathrow to unifying engineering methodologies during the Alstom/GE/Bombardier integrations, I focus on deploying high-assurance platforms where system integrity and statutory compliance are non-negotiable.​Core Areas of Impact​Smart Infrastructure & Systems Delivery:Directing the end-to-end delivery of smart building technologies, integrated security, and networking. I ensure that operational concepts are successfully transitioned into resilient, high-performing operational assets across urban and transport environments.​Regulatory Governance & High-Risk Compliance:Extensive experience in navigating the complex regulatory landscapes of HRBs, aviation, rail and CNI. I ensure the governance frameworks required to manage statutory liability are robust, and that technical data and safety-case evidence are meticulously maintained throughout the asset lifecycle.​Operational Readiness (ORAT) & Systems Integration:A proven track record in bridging the gap between capital investment and live operations. I ensure \"Day 1\" service excellence in high-stakes environments - such as rail and aviation - where operational continuity and life-safety systems are mission-critical.​Technical Asset Integrity:Utilising systems engineering principles to de-risk complex portfolios. I focus on reducing the \'cost of failure\' through enhanced engineering quality, protecting margins, and improving the long-term yield of critical infrastructure assets.​Programme Leadership & Technical Scaling:Leading the harmonisation of engineering standards and operational methodologies into unified, high-performance delivery functions, ensuring technical capacity matches the strategic growth and safety requirements of large-scale infrastructure programmes.
