As Senior Global Compliance Lead, I directed high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional investigations into fraud, misconduct, ethical breaches, and HR-related cases, while reporting outcomes to senior executives and the Group Ethics Committee. I led a global network of Regional Legal Counsels and Compliance Officers, collaborated with finance, internal audit, cyber-security, and HR teams, and mentored junior investigators. I also led multiple compliance strategy initiatives, including the “Doing Business the Right Way” program, global training for employees, and due diligence framework overhauls. Additionally, I implemented enterprise risk management processes, managed claims and litigation, and ensured compliance in M&A activities. I also developed sustainability compliance modules and crisis management protocols, oversaw audits, and presented to key stakeholders to strengthen the business’s ethical and regulatory standing.
