Following a panel session on DE & I in post-production earlier this year in collaboration with Channel 4, Creative Diversity have devised a programme that will help elevate and develop post-production talent to improve representation and equity within the sector.This will involve bespoke skills gap training, shadowing and placements over a six-month period supported by 4Skills
