Managed infrastructure with Terraform (IaC), enabling remote backend, state locking and provisioning resources to support secure and scalable AWS, and Azure environments. Instrumented telemetry data (metrics, logs, traces) and defined SLIs/SLOs to improve service observability, enabling proactive monitoring and ensuring adherence to SLAs across critical cloud services. Led on-call support, incident management, troubleshooting in Linux environment, root cause analysis, post-mortem reports and preventive actions to enhance system resilience. Automated recurring tasks with Bash scripts, such as log rotation and transfer cron jobs, monitor disk usage and auto-archive logs, clean up orphaned AWS EBS volumes for improved operational efficiency. Implemented Git branching strategies (feature, release, and hotfix) with code review workflows, improving collaboration, release stability, and delivery speed across cross-functional teams.
