ABOUT EBRU ALTINORS

I am an Executive and Career Coach focusing on supporting individuals to fully own their authentic power and purposefully strengthen their impact to achieve their career goals. I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from Co-active Training Institute and I bring strong coaching experience, having worked with clients from big corporations and multi-national companies. I have a strong international business background, bringing a sound understanding of the international work of work and the challenges of demanding work life to my sessions. I am also a Strengthscope practitioner, using strength based approach in my sessions. I truly enjoy contributing to my clients\' career development and career transitions by combining my business and coaching experience, targeting to equip my clients with skills, tools and understanding they need to create empowered careers. My coaching style is engaging, positive and supportive while challenging in the right way. In addition to coaching, I also deliver leadership development trainings focusing on building leadership impact. I focus on helping leaders understand their strengths and authenticity, and also focus on how to effectively communicate with their teams. I bring tools from coaching and acting into these trainings to help leaders build their leadership impact. I am also an actor facilitator, bringing corporate acting, role play and forum theatre skills to trainings.
