ABOUT SIMONE DOUANI

For over fifteen years, I’ve been working with leaders in moments of change. I work where certainty gives way to questions, and where the quality of conversations matters more than quick answers. My work helps people achieve extraordinary results in their businesses and lives. Not by pushing harder for the sake of it, but by helping them do things bigger, better, faster, and feel good while doing it. means helping clients articulate what they truly want: clearer goals, sharper direction, and outcomes that actually matter. means supporting them in removing friction, simplifying decisions, and accelerating the processes that move those goals forward. means creating memorable experiences that last, work that leaves people more grounded, more confident, and more connected to themselves and others. Before founding Kapirum Consulting, I trained as a singer and actor in Italy. I didn’t leave that world behind. I brought it with me. Long before I became a business life coach and facilitator, I learned something essential on stage:People change because of what they experience. That belief still guides my work today.I use business models and frameworks, but they’re never the point. The differentiator is the effect of the work.Strong programme design matters, as does the ability to adapt in the moment—to sense what a room needs and respond in real time. Most clients won’t remember the framework; they’ll remember the shift: leaving the room thinking differently, breathing differently, trusting themselves a little more.I see my work like a rollercoaster. The structure is the track; the learning happens in the ride. Everyone experiences it differently, and my role is to stay present as people move through it.And the work doesn’t end when the workshop does. The real shifts happen afterwards, back in daily life. That’s why I stay on the client’s side of the table during implementation, building partnership and continuity beyond the programme.Whether I’m coaching executives, designing leadership journeys, or facilitating high-performing teams, my intention is to help people find their voice, expand their presence, and lead in a way that feels both human and effective—delivering extraordinary results, bigger, better, faster, and still feeling good about it.#motivation #coaching #believeinyourse #leadership
