Responsible for organization-wide equity and inclusion guidance and support to equity projectteams, department leadership, interdepartmental teams and support partners in the delivery ofequity policies, programs of County services and operations.• Plan, guide and advise department teams and leadership to advance equity and inclusion.• Provide data expertise and analysis of disparity data to develop comprehensive reports.• Conduct extensive research, collecting and analyzing disparity data to develop reports thatsupport the annual work plan.• Provide ongoing training, learning opportunities and activities to advance equity and inclusion.• Implement and track results of the Countywide Equity Action Plan.• Facilitate and coordinate events, workshops and training sessions to promote equity and inclusionwithin County government.• Provide technical assistance to both internal and external stakeholders on using racial equity toolsin day-to-day decision making• Assist the County’s Equity and Inclusion Manager to operationalize an equity lens into countywidepolicy, programs and budget decision to advance and support equitable service delivery to thecommunity.• Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports.• Work on special projects.
