ABOUT EBONI USORO-BROWN
Being both a professional athlete and a solicitor is exactly what you’d think it’s like—fast-paced, demanding, and never a dull moment. I’ve spent my career understanding that high performance isn’t limited to one arena. Resilience and discipline are the foundation of everything I do. I’ve played netball at the highest level, winning gold at the Commonwealth Games and earning 117 caps for England. Along the way, I’ve also built a career in law, specialising in commercial litigation (because why stop at one challenge when you can take on two?). Beyond that, I’m deeply passionate about creating opportunities for others in sport. I’ve worked with charities, sat on boards, mentored young athletes, and helped shape policies that support working mothers in elite sport—because breaking barriers means making sure no one has to go it alone. When I’m not in a courtroom, a boardroom, or on a panel discussing the future of sport, I’m at home with my biggest motivators—my two little ones. Motherhood has taught me more about leadership, patience, and negotiation than any textbook ever could (if you can get a toddler to agree on anything, you can handle just about any contract dispute!). At my core, I love a challenge, I love learning, and I love connecting with people who are just as driven to make an impact. If that sounds like you, I’d love to chat.
