Analysis and repair on RMA (Return Materials for Analysis). I reproducing the customer’s failure, conduct test on the return locks and key entries. I investigate to see if the RMA locks and key entries failure are Dormakaba fault or the customer fault. I repair the RMA locks and key entries to new, if they are under warranty or I would bill the customer if the locks and entries are out of warranty• I disassemble and re-assemble locks during analysis repair process• I download the audit report on La Gard (39E and 66E), Auditcon 2 and Cencon locks• I perform a quality audit on locks and entries from manufacturing for quality assurance• I conduct analysis and repair on La Gard (Mechanical and Electronic), Auditcon, Cencon, Department of Defense (DOD) X10 and DOD CD x10 locks• I use the following test equipment: Oscilloscope, Volt ohm meter, Bench testers and Computer application tester• I use schematics and lock set up instructions to test the lock functionally
