ABOUT EAMON RIFAI
As a Cost Management Analyst at M&G plc, I work with various stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance for strategic decisions and business performance. I support the delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and business case development. I joined M&G plc as a Finance Graduate Accountant in 2021, after completing my Bachelor of Art with Honours degree in Finance and economics from the University of Strathclyde. I am also pursuing my ICAS qualification, which will enable me to become a Chartered Accountant. I have developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills through my academic and professional experiences. I am motivated by learning new things, collaborating with diverse teams, and adding value to the organization. My goal is to further enhance my finance and business acumen and contribute to M&G plc\'s growth and success.
