I work with leaders navigating the difficult transition from fragmented data environments to decision-ready intelligence.Across government, healthcare systems, and universities, organizations are increasingly expected to make critical decisions using data. Yet many institutions still struggle with fragmented information systems, inconsistent data definitions, and weak governance foundations. Without strong data governance, even the most sophisticated analytics or AI initiatives cannot deliver trusted insight.My work focuses on helping organizations build the institutional foundations that make data and AI truly useful.I am an enterprise data, analytics, and governance advisor with more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing data strategies that support executive decision-making, regulatory compliance, and measurable value realization.Over the course of my career, I have led data and analytics initiatives across complex institutional environments, including healthcare systems, municipal governments, universities, and international development organizations.
