Overseeing the department from a strategic level, ensuring the department exceeds clients vision and expectations. In 2020 was the driving force behind the launch of the ICC Belfast Hybrid studio, the first hybrid broadcast space in Northern Ireland and the first conference center to offer this in the UK. Taking the team onto becoming winners of the Event Tech Awards for 2020 and 2021!
