Provide direct operational support and recommendations to Directors for improvements to site efficiency and productivity. Subject matter expert for Enel North America on major component (MCE) topics, providing technical expertise to the internal Liftra team as needed. Create technical documentation, specifications, operating procedures, and troubleshooting support for wind project portfolio based on technical knowledge and interaction with international colleagues. Develop improvement plans to address systemic problems and improve overall performance of the operating equipment through equipment upgrades and/or modifications. Create all Scope of Work and Technical Specifications for Contracting and Procurement. Evaluate and provide scorecards on all vendors participating in the bidding process. Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCA) for pertinent failures associated with wind power projects. Develop processes and procedures to maintain the EGPNA fleet of operating wind power projects safely and effectively. Manage the wind turbine Predictive Maintenance process for the EGPNA wind fleet to include digital OT/IT structure for effective monitoring of the assets. Perform detailed analysis of operating data to address specific fleet or systems issues improving low reliability, power curves, and decreasing underperformance. Coordinate with the internal NERC compliance team to meet regulatory requirements. Manage a team of 15 direct reports consisting of Technical Experts, Project Engineers, and Reliability Engineers.
