SALES-Onboarding new dealers-Cold calling. Phone/Email/In person-Develop private label shock program-Help customers over the phone & via text nights and weekends-Work w/ stocking dealers to increase & maintain sales-On site training w/ dealers-Manage all (company) back orders-Work with team on planning to reduce back-order times-Manage all price changes & updates with customers.MARKETING-Plan and implement all marketing related events/shows-Collaborate with dealers and manufacturers on marketing vehicles to increase brand awareness-Work with influencers to grow market and brand awareness without giving any product(s) away-Plan and implement all Ad campaigns with limited budgets-Increase social media audiences on all platforms, through consistent engagement & collaboration nights and weekends-Grow Instagram account to 75K followers & continue to increase monthly views-Take all photos/video, etc. for daily content. Edit video as needed. CUSTOMER SERVICE-Answer calls & emails received during business hours in a timely manner-Screen & direct all phone calls and walk ins while in the office-De-escalation on customer service calls & emails-Enter all orders received via email, and website-Process all orders & returns while in the office-Answer the majority of technical calls and emails. SHIPPING-Set up new FedEx LTL program to improve pricing & shipping times-Quote, process & book all shipments while in the shop.(LTL/FedEx/UPS)-Update customers with shipping/tracking information.PURCHASING-Order misc. parts from WD\'s & manufacturers as needed-Set up new accounts with multiple manufacturers and WD\'s to aid in sales-Plan & negotiate new shock program with FOX for a maximum ROI. WEBSITE-Completely overhaul website-Update all products & menus-Added Year/Make/Model lookup-Add & develop new Fox-Series line.GENERAL-Start QR Code Program for paperless instructions-R&D scheduling & more!
