Working within a small group of commercial & communications specialists to develop straightforward, customer focused digital investing services for our target market. My role is to lead a number of workstream areas, representing the customer\'s needs to make sure our suppliers and marketing & digital teams build experiences and campaigns that really hit the mark with our audiences.Our platform service is outsourced, freeing the team to focus on developing the right proposition points to consolidate and grow our share of ISA and pension customers. Working remotely, I have developed strong skills managing the design and roll out of new customer initiatives to drive commercial value for Virgin Money.
