I help businesses and charities support and improve their business processes by making efficient and effective use of their Salesforce.com solutions.As an EC Certified Coach, I help business owners crack the rhythmic acquisition of customers.I also offer regular support/admin services to organisations unable to justify a dedicated in-house Salesforce resource:I apply a truly consultative approach in helping to design processes. I have decades of experience; it would be a shame to waste them.Keeping focus on the business requirements and concentrating on technology that will bring tangible benefits keeps costs down and allows for an iterative approach to ongoing improvement:I’ve worked successfully with organisations ranging from multinational enterprises and NGOs to two-man startups and charities, but have found my sweet spot to be:• Small-to-Medium Enterprises (SMEs)• B2B• Not-for-Profit / charitable organisationsI work almost exclusively in the Salesforce ecosystem, but am as comfortable picking up an existing, pre-configured (often over-engineered) solution as I am helping a new subscriber to configure their vanilla org.I prefer working with Salesforce Enterprise Edition but I have a solid history of implementing great solutions within the limits of Professional Edition as well:I have a long list of happy customers.
