My key responsibilities include- Leading the migration from Jive to SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless data transfer and governance compliance- Developing custom web parts and extensions using SPFx, React.js, and Fluent Ul to enhance user experience- Automating site provisioning and governance using PowerShell scripts to streamline deployments- Enhancing SharePoint security with Active Directory integration and automated access control- Optimizing SharePoint Online search, improving query performance and search relevance- Integrating SharePoint with third-party systems using Microsoft Graph API and REST API- Collaborating with Agile teams via Azure DevOps for sprint planning and solution delivery- Providing user training and documentation to increase adoption and streamline operations- Managing SharePoint performance and troubleshooting, ensuring system stability and efficiency.My focus is on delivering user-friendly, collaboration and productivity.
