Define and implement the organization’s project management framework, processes, and methodologies- Ensure consistent and standardized project execution by promoting the adoption of best practices- Establish and enforce project management governance for all projects and programs assigned-Assist in the prioritization of projects in line with Three UK’s long-term business strategy and growth objectives, ensuring resource allocation meets the evolving needs of the telecommunications landscape- Develop risk mitigation plans for high-impact projects- Track and resolve project issues promptly, escalating to senior management when necessary to ensure smooth project delivery- Provide timely and accurate reports on the progress of Three UK’s strategic projects, including financial tracking, milestone achievement, and risk management- Act as a key liaison between project teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders- Facilitate communication and information sharing across cross-functional teams- Organize and lead critical project meetings, such as steering committees or governance meetings, ensuring clear action plans and decision-making- Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and delivery of Three UK’s project management processes, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
