ABOUT DANIEL SCHILLING WEISS NGUYEN

Dr. Daniel Schilling Weiss Nguyen, PhD a public speaker, author, researcher, mentor, and professor. Shortly after the fall of Saigon, Vietnam, his dad was able to manage and bought a wooden fishing boat with two motors. His dad and his brothers used this boat for professional fishing trips later it got confiscated by the local communist. Due to dad’s prior South Vietnamese Military incident where he captured the two Viet Cong(s) and brought them in for interrogation. The local communists started give his family very tough times one of them even severely beaten and threaten to shoot his brother by fired three warning shots. For the safety and security future of his sibling’s his dad decided to help his older brothers and him escape Vietnam. While escaping from Hue, Vietnam three times and finally he was able to make it to Hong Kong. Those three escaping journeys he thought that they won’t be able to make to Hong Kong and afraid that they would perish at sea. He then started to pray God for help.As a young lad in Hue, Vietnam he didn’t realize that one day he turned out to join top 1% echelon club (e.g, those who obtained a PhD) in America and became a very well-known professor for various online universities in the states. Joined the rank of top 1% echelon club would be very rare in America and became very a well-known online universities professor especially those who escaped Vietnam around that time and similar age. Throughout his PhD journey at Walden University almost daily he praises and pray God for support and guidance as well as help to bring him back up when he is down. He is very graceful and blessed to live in America and the opportunity to achieve his American education and job endeavor dreams. Dr. Daniel Schilling Weiss Nguyen, PhD has over twenty years of professional IT experience. He spent the first four years of his career on active duty serving as Sr. Personnel Clerk in the United States Marine Corps. Dr. Nguyen’s career has spanned the IT, telecommunications, and defense industries organizations including Motorola, Foxconn International, EF Johnson Technologies, Inc, Northrop Grumman, Tasc Inc, Mantech International, Defense Finance and Accounting Services, and Department of Commerce. Dr. Nguyen serves as Dissertation Chair/Mentor at Aspen University and Indiana Wesleyan University.
