I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with the Order of Psychologists of Quebec and France, and the California Board of Psychology. I have a Doctorate (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from the University of Sherbrooke in Montreal, Canada, and a Masters Degree and D.E.A (Diplôme d\'Études Approfondies) in Developmental and Clinical Psychology from the University of Sorbonne in Paris, France. I have 35 years of experience in private practice with children, individuals, couples, families, and groups. I specialize in interpersonal relationships, child and adult attachment, crisis situations, marital and conjugal conflicts, separation and divorce, sexual orientation, sexual problems, self-esteem issues, stress, anxiety, phobias, panic disorder, depression, addiction, and obsessive-compulsive behavior. My focus is to respond to my client’s needs by creating a strong therapeutic alliance through an ethical, empathetic, caring and secure relationship. I value an integrative approach combining psychodynamic-analytical, cognitive, behavioral and neuropsychological approaches including Mindfulness and Acceptance Commitment Therapy techniques. I am a family mediator for amicable separation and divorce, accredited by the government of Quebec, Canada, and a civil and commercial mediator, specializing in conflict resolution between associates or employees for institutions and companies. I authored four best-selling psychology self-help books, one on authenticity, the other on anger, on attachment styles in romantic relationships, and the most recent one on how to stay connected with yourself and people. I have presented on many psychological topics at multiple conferences in Canada and Europe for institutions and companies. I hosted a psychological television series, a daily radio show, and I am a regular psychological reporter/guest on television, radio, and in print media, in Canada and Europe. I am also a member of the Artists Union of Quebec, Canada.
