In charge of guiding, advising and supervising the Marketing strategy of the 3 Regional Offices in Mexico City and the metropolitan area (which add up to 43 District Offices). My main task is to transmit and supervise the corporate vision and objectives to the different regions, being responsible for tropicalizing and adjusting these campaigns for target markets, in turn, transmitting the concerns and requirements of the regions/districts to corporate, in order to carry out targeted campaigns. Another of my objectives is to lead negotiations and branding agreements, advise and support BTL campaigns linking them to ATL campaigns, supervise and manage e-commerce campaigns, analyzing their results to generate executive reports that help to take quick decisions, for the fulfillment of KPI\'s, with the objective of increasing sales.
