With extensive experience in community development, governance support, and social impact assessment, I am dedicated to empowering Aboriginal communities through self-determined growth and sustainable regional development on just principles terms. As a descendant of First Nations Bolivian Siriono and an Australian citizen, I integrate two-way science into comprehensive research, social and economic analysis, financial oversight, Indigenous knowledge, and participatory engagement to ensure Aboriginal communities have the tools and enhanced governance capacity needed to reach their social and economic goals. This fosters ongoing, transformative, and meaningful positive change through a Biocultural Indigenous-led bottom-up model of governance.I focus on facilitating governance structures and supporting Traditional Owners and community members, ensuring community-led projects align with long-term transformational change. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Development – Collaborating with government agencies, NGOs, and Aboriginal governance bodies to strengthen community-driven initiatives. Social Impact Measurement & Policy Development – Using evidence-based research and SROI methodologies to monitor the long-term effects of community investments. Spatial Data Specialist | GIS Analyst – I specialise in converting complex geographic information into clear visual and analytical outputs. I focus on empowering organisations with actionable insights for data-driven decision-making across diverse sectors.
