Cultural relevancy and rigor based learning. As a TOK teacher, my job is to help scholars engage in meaningful dialogue about how we acquire knowledge. Not only that, but I also closely monitor the core elements of IB program. I also serve as 12th Grade Level Chair, where I focus on strategic alignment and grade level effectiveness through developed systems both behavioral and instructional. I also serve as the CAS Coordinator, which is central core component of the IB framework.
