ABOUT CINDY BOLF

I am a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 9 years of expertise not only in recruiting, but also data analytics, research, and sales leadership. Why does this matter? Data Analysis – I can go into Power BI, read the numbers, and make interpretations that result in suggestions such as how to optimize the company’s people budget, while attracting and retaining the best talent. Research – I have a habit of staying abreast with talent acquisition trends and identify what companies are doing to attract and retain talent so the organization can have and keep the best talent Sales Leadership – Put together the data analysis and the research to create a compelling story and presentations to either 1) sell and train clients (in HR consultancies) or 2) getting buy-in from senior stakeholders (as an Internal TA Manager). I basically make killer powerpoints. With a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, you can see I just love this stuff. No one studies something for 8 years without loving it. Here are four quick things about me and my work: 1) Recently, I have managed a sales team. Implementing my knowledge of sales, coaching, and data, I coached and mentored team members, fostering a high-performing team aligned with organizational goals. I implemented strategies to enhance sales performance, leveraging KPI analysis to advise leadership on operational improvements. 2) I have managed client quarterly reviews for teams working across several different industries globally. I use my research skills to find the latest information about talent acquisition trends to inform clients about best practices that they can implement in their business so they can retain employees and save money. I am also an expert in PowerPoint and can make presentations look stunning while still being informative and impactful. 3) I have trained and mentored employees as well as created training guides. My training guides have helped get new hires up-to-speed faster and have made processes more efficient and easier to understand. 4) I am a co-founder of a NGO focused on sending humanitarian aid to Ukraine. I work with new and experienced volunteers allocating donations. I also create social media content to engage volunteers and donors and to continue to raise awareness. I am creating a new social media strategy and designing a new logo too. When I’m not working and volunteering, you can find me at Beat81, boxing, in a hot yoga session, watching a movie at Yorck Kino, or grabbing a cup of coffee at Five Elephants.
