I left full time education with a Ph.D in 2002 & have developed into an energetic inspirational leader transforming teams and organisations with the creation of new partnerships underpinned by high performing teams. I am highly experienced at building successful, performance managed research & innovation programs centred around a focused vision. I am diplomatic & inclusive in style with highly developed intuition. For over 20 yrs I have worked in a multidisciplinary environment which modernises healthcare (e.g. artificial intelligence, sensors, devices). I have significant experience of driving transformation & improvement for all kinds of collaborations. I am involved in unlocking & developing innovation & develop teams where co-creation & continuous improvement is embedded in core values & expectations. Experienced in complex large scale programme management, RIST, PDSA and LEAN methodology I know how to bring the best out in people. I embarked on a new career direction in the Charity Sector in 2020 to nurture and grow an addiction recovery charity in the UK, connecting with SMART Recovery International.
