I strive to co-create world-class institutes as a consultant/leader in the role of President/Vice-Chancellor and help them make an impact at local, regional and global levels. I have been working as an academic, an entrepreneur, a transformative leader, a mentor, a researcher, and a LEARNER with international experience in more than five countries. Previous Major Challenge: As President of the Institute, I led the change and transformation of one of Ghana\'s top-ranked private educational institutes and gained tremendous learning. I am interested and passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, teaching, and researching in Marketing, Leadership, and Higher Education. Startup Exposure: I have been a co-founder and mentor for startups. Led the successful launch of new organizations, product development, marketing, and coaching founders.Global Experience: With experience as an academic leader and academic practitioner working in different Asian countries (Malaysia, India, Philippines, Dubai, Ghana) and part-time/adjunct positions in Paris, France, I developed my skills and evolved to a better version. Industry Experience: After obtaining a doctoral degree, I contributed to and learned about marketing and media research while working with national and international multinational clients and world-renowned research firms. Impacting as Educator: I have taught in Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, PhD level degree programs, graduate courses, and executive programs (to experienced and pre-experienced students and working executives at junior and senior levels (assistant manager to VP levels), from different nationalities and cultures.
