As the Assistant Executive Director of Operations, I am responsible for all aspects of the agency that support creating environments conducive to learning for all ACES Schools and Programs. I have the responsibility of leading ACES through an ambitious capital improvement journey that will modernize educational three major educational spaces over the next several years. The three projects will cost approximately 165 million dollars and will allow students being served by ACES to be educated in environments that will maximize their potential. I am also charged with developing comprehensive capital improvement plans for all ACES schools and programs. I will be developing processes and protocols for streamlining facilities/maintenance, food services, network service, and transportation. My will also will lead to the development of internal controls that will support the efficiency of the agency.
