Lead and mentored a diverse team of 80+ personnel (Field executives, Veterinarians, AI officers, MIS staff etc.), elevating team performance, coordination and improving service coverage & operational efficiency across Saurashtra and Kutch region.• Executed Doorstep Veterinary Health Service Project and AI programs end-to-end, from planning to monitoring and evaluation, achieving wider veterinary outreach and measurable improvements in herd productivity and Animal Health indicators.• Strengthened fodder and animal nutrition ecosystems by supporting Fodder Producer Organization and driving adoption of cattle feed, mineral mixture, deworming, vaccination, silage and fodder seed among milk producers, contributing to more sustainable and resilient milk production.• Developed and implemented governance and institution building frameworks for the MPC, including membership record systems, planned and monitored project budget, M&E frameworks and Governance practices, measuring impact of institution building efforts while developing training modules, case studies and member relation systems that increased member engagement and data driven decisions through milk pouring pattern analysis.
