I bring 15+ years of experience in strategic leadership, global advocacy, political and risk analysis, with a proven record of shaping external environments, influencing stakeholders, and delivering impact in complex international contexts.As a member of Crisis Action’s Senior Management Team (providing global leadership to a team of 50+ people in 11 countries.), I lead global advocacy and campaign strategy, organisational development, and risk management. I manage international teams and offices, spearhead engagement with traditionally hard-to-reach centres of power, and drive fundraising and budgeting processes while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
