I bring 15+ years of experience in strategic leadership, global advocacy, political and risk analysis, with a proven record of shaping external environments, influencing stakeholders, and delivering impact in complex international contexts.As a member of Crisis Action’s Senior Management Team (providing global leadership to a team of 50+ people in 11 countries.), I lead global advocacy and campaign strategy, organisational development, and risk management. I manage international teams and offices, spearhead engagement with traditionally hard-to-reach centres of power, and drive fundraising and budgeting processes while fostering an inclusive workplace culture. My work has secured policy changes at the UN Security Council, EU, AU, and with key global powers, while also building long-term funding partnerships to strengthen organisational sustainability.Expertise includes: organisational leadership, political and risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, government affairs, strategic communications, people management, reputation management, and coalition-building.
