ABOUT ROHAN REID
After spending my career in healthcare, most recently as the CEO of Americas Health Plan, my passion lies in serving and improving the lives of vulnerable populations and translating business strategies to operational excellence. I have built and led high-caliber teams that generated results. My extensive expertise is in organizational leadership, enhancing efficiencies, and achieving results. I have spent much of my work life in an executive leadership role and understand the problems that people at the top face daily. Getting feedback from peers is the most powerful perspective you can have as a leader. As a Vistage Chair, I am broadening the community of CEOs and inviting local leaders to the table. My members are collaborative, results-oriented, adaptive, and are ready to create change. You are only as good as the people you surround yourself with— my peer group wants to see you succeed and values honest, productive conversation. I believe one of the most important pieces of being a leader is knowing yourself and valuing personal growth. I have a deep understanding of the why and root cause analysis and am passionate about sharing my insights and experience with one-to-one coaching.
