Since 05.2013 I am responsible for supervision of two e-scrap recycling plants in Poland (ca. 150 employees). My tasks include providing the continuity of the production, internal processes optimization, coordination of the services maintenance as well as supervision and support to the Plant Managers. I am responsible for OHSAS and fire protection at the plants. I am responsible also for output fractions’ management.Since 04.2014 as the member of the management board I am responsible for the management and strategy of the company, including economic and environmental aspects of the business. Since 11.2017 as the CEO I am responsible for all the activities of the company in Poland. I raport directly to the HQ of the Group in Germany
