I’m on a mission to change the way golfers around the world practice and perform.With over 20 years of coaching experience, a PhD in Optimising Practice for Peak Performance in Professional Golf, and an MSc in Elite Sports Coaching, I help golfers at all levels — from amateurs to tour pros — make their practice more purposeful, measurable, and transferable to the golf course.As a PGA Advanced Fellow Professional and Golf Practice Specialist, I’ve combined research-backed methods with real-world application to help players lower scores and build confidence where it matters most — on the golf course.I\'m the creator of Golf Practice Buddy — a powerful new app designed to help golfers practice smarter, improve faster, and track their performance over time. Backed by science and data from over shots, it’s built to make every shot count — on and off the course.I’m also the author of Better Practice Better Golf and a series of Practice & Performance Workbooks, co-written with world-renowned performance coach Dr Dave Alred MBE.
