In my last role as a Senior CSM at Element I looked after enterprise clients to drive them success with Element, which is a Matrix-based end-to-end encrypted messenger and collaboration app. My responsibilities were also to implement processes such as the Onboarding and workflows for the Customer Success organisation at Element. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Narvar, I managed a portfolio of large German and international e-commerce enterprise clients. The aim was to simplify the everyday lives of consumers with their post-purchase customer journey. With strong project management experience and a successful track record in enterprise software solutions at Adobe and Mapp Digital, I am an adaptable and flexible professional.
