I am a Professor in the School of Social Sciences (Geography) at the University of Dundee. I conduct research and teaching in relation to the police, policing, police culture, neighbourhood policing, stop and search, surveillance and advise on police practice. I have worked in the fields of Sociology, Criminology and Human Geography. My work has been used by UK police forces and the Home Office.
